STEP 1.  LEETREAT is a fungal treatment initially sprayed onto the roof surface to kill off and eradicate moss, mould, mildew, algae, lichen, fungi and other types of roof growth prior to cleaning.

 

STEP 2.  CLEAN - Due to Step 1,  the roof  surface is more easily cleansed, using less water and pressure resulting in virtually no damage to the surface of the roof.

 

STEP 3. REPLACEMENT - broken and cracked tiles are now replaced.

 

STEP 4. REPAIR - RE-BED -  Ridge tile bedding is checked and repaired and/or rebedded if required.

 

STEP 5. RE-POINT - Total re-pointing is now done in a flexible pointing including ridge capping, valleys and gable ends.

 

STEP 6. SPORE - PREP - Is a product designed to sterilize any remaining fungal and algae spores which must be destroyed before recoating, otherwise growth will continue resulting in potential failure.  Spore-Prep will also assist in eliminating and retarding any future forms of roof growth.

 

STEP 7. PRIMER/SEALER - Is an acrylic based product, designed to reseal and weatherproof the roof tile surface prior to colour re-glazing and for the sealing of terracotta tiles This coating ensures a strong adhesive base for the application of the membrane.

 

STEP 8.  COLOUR GLAZING - The roof membrane is an elastomeric high build coating designed to give the ultimate protection, durability, colour retention and weather proofing, which is 4 times thicker than a paint. When applied to your roof surface it provides the ultimate protective coating, giving longevity to the entire rejuvenation process. Resulting in protection with style and quality without equal.
